We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, shipping times and carriers are as follows:

United Kingdom (Standard Shipping)

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Delivery Time: 2 working days (after dispatch)

  • Tracking Provided: Yes

  • Signature Required: No

We use Royal Mail’s fully tracked 48-hour service as standard for all UK addresses. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days (depending on destination)

  • Tracking Provided: Yes

  • Signature Required: May be required depending on country

All international orders are shipped using UPS for fast, tracked, and secure delivery worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch & Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
